What we look for, when we're hiring
Own the whole problem
We're a small team, so people work across the stack — backend, frontend, and the product decisions in between — rather than staying in one lane.
Correctness over speed for infrastructure
Deliverability, security, and billing are the parts users trust us with the most — we move deliberately there, and quickly everywhere else.
Write things down
Decisions and their reasoning live in writing, not just in someone's head, so the team stays aligned as it grows.
Ship real things
We'd rather ship a smaller feature that actually works end to end than a larger one that's half-finished.
