Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Using Inboxili

By creating an account, you agree to use Inboxili only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You're responsible for the content of the emails you send and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Inboxili to send unsolicited bulk email to recipients who haven't consented to receive it, to send content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive, or to circumvent suppression lists, unsubscribe requests, or rate limits. Accounts found in violation may be suspended to protect the deliverability of every other sender on the platform.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the contacts, campaigns, templates, and other content you create in Inboxili. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you — for example, rendering and delivering the emails you compose.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but Inboxili is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. API & developer terms

API keys are issued per workspace and scoped to the permissions you assign them; you're responsible for keeping keys confidential and for all activity performed with them. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the platform's stability for every sender, and may revoke keys used in violation of the acceptable use policy in Section 2.

7. Intellectual property

Inboxili and its logo, product design, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you — your rights are limited to using the service as described here.

8. Termination

You may stop using Inboxili and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, particularly the acceptable use policy in Section 2, to protect the deliverability and security of the platform for every sender.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inboxili is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice before they take effect.
