Free AI email writer
Updated
Fill in a few details and get a draft you can edit. The more specific the purpose and key points, the better the result.
AI can get things wrong, so read and edit before you send. Do not enter passwords, personal data or confidential details. What you type is sent to Inboxili and to an AI provider to write the result, and is not stored by Inboxili. Free use is limited per visitor.
Getting a better draft
- Be specific about the purpose. "Remind customers their trial ends on Friday and offer a call" works better than "trial email".
- Give the facts you want included. The tool does not know your prices or dates and will use [placeholders] rather than invent them.
- Name one action. An email that asks for one thing gets more replies than one that asks for three.
- Edit the result. Read it aloud, cut anything that does not sound like you, and check every claim.
When the draft is not enough
This tool writes one email at a time. For campaigns, the AI assistant inside the Inboxili editor drafts into your email blocks, rewrites a selected paragraph, changes tone, translates, and runs a spam-risk check. See the AI email assistant.
If the email is something your application sends on its own, such as a password reset or receipt, keep it short and factual and follow the matching workflow.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the email ready to send?
- Treat it as a first draft. Check every fact, replace the [placeholders], and adjust the voice before sending.
- Is what I type stored?
- Inboxili does not store the text you enter or the result. It is sent to an AI provider to generate the draft.
- Why is there a limit?
- The tool is free, so use is limited per visitor and per day to keep it available.
