An email marketing platform that also sends your application email
Updated
Inboxili covers the whole path from collecting a subscriber to reading a campaign report, and it also sends the emails your product triggers on its own. You do not need one tool for newsletters and another for password resets.
What the platform does
| Job | Where it happens | |---|---| | Collect subscribers | Signup forms and landing pages, with optional double opt-in | | Organise them | Contacts, lists, tags and segments | | Design emails | Block-based template builder | | Write faster | AI assistant for drafts, subject lines, tone and translation | | Send | Campaigns: send now, schedule, pause or cancel | | Automate | Journeys with triggers, delays, conditions and emails | | Measure | Analytics per campaign and across the workspace | | Send application email | Transactional email API with SDKs |
One workspace, one set of rules
- Verified domains. Every sender address has to be on a domain you have verified, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC guidance in the Deliverability Center.
- One suppression list. Hard bounces and spam complaints suppress an address across the workspace, and suppressed addresses are skipped in campaigns.
- Team roles. Owner, admin, manager, editor and viewer.
- Separate streams. Transactional sends and campaigns are logged separately so one does not hide the other.
Who uses it
- Marketers who want to build a list, send newsletters and run a welcome sequence without writing code.
- Developers who want a transactional email API with SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP and Laravel.
- Small teams who would rather learn one product than two.
Before you send your first campaign
- Verify your sending domain.
- Import contacts (the import checks addresses and records where consent came from) or collect them with a form.
- Build the email in the editor, send yourself a test, and run the spam check.
- Add your business name and postal address in workspace settings. Inboxili puts them in the footer with an unsubscribe link on every campaign.
- Schedule or send, then read the results.
See the pricing page for plan limits.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I send marketing and application email from one account?
- Yes. Campaigns, automation and the transactional API share a workspace, verified domains and suppression list, while API sends are logged separately from campaigns.
- Do I need technical skills to send a campaign?
- No. Campaigns are built in a visual editor, sent to lists or segments from the dashboard, and need no code. The API is optional.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The pricing page lists each plan's contact, sending and seat limits.
